This work rests on trust, not contracts. Still, clarity creates safety. Below is the structure I hold to support coherence in our work together.<\/span><\/p>

Rescheduling + No-Shows<\/h4>

You may reschedule or cancel any session with no penalty \u2014 even on the same day. I trust your timing and your signal. If you\u2019re more than 10 minutes late and I haven\u2019t heard from you, I\u2019ll reach out. If I don\u2019t hear back within a reasonable window, we\u2019ll simply reschedule. The session will not be forfeited.<\/span><\/p>

Payment + Refunds<\/h4>

My pricing model is based on solidarity, not scarcity. You choose the tier that reflects your current reality. I trust that decision and your ongoing truth.<\/span><\/p>

  • If you\u2019ve prepaid for sessions and choose not to continue, I will refund the remaining balance for unused sessions.<\/span><\/li>
  • If you\u2019d prefer to keep the sessions for future use, I will hold them for you \u2014 no expiration date, no pressure.<\/span><\/li>
  • Completed sessions are not refundable.<\/span><\/li>
  • Refunds are processed in the most efficient and cost-effective way available. This may differ from the original payment method. If that\u2019s the case, I\u2019ll confirm with you before issuing the refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Flex Minutes (Bonus Time)<\/h4>

    Flex minutes are gifted with multi-session packages and the Incubator. If a refund is requested for unused paid sessions, any unused flex minutes will simply dissolve. If some have already been used, they remain yours \u2014 no deductions or charges. These are gifted in trust, and I honor the exchange as it happened.<\/span><\/p>

    Pausing or Ending Our Work<\/h4>

    If either of us feels the work is no longer aligned, we can pause or end the container at any time. I ask that we each initiate a conversation to name what\u2019s surfacing and clarify any needs before closing the container.<\/span><\/p>

    Client Responsibility + Scope of Practice<\/h4>

    This coaching relationship supports reflection, clarity, and personal agency. It is not therapy, legal advice, or medical treatment. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. I offer no guarantees or promises of results \u2014 only structure, inquiry, and presence.<\/span><\/p>

    Confidentiality + Intellectual Property<\/h4>

    Everything shared in session is confidential. Notes, tools, and practices offered are for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without my written permission.<\/span><\/p>

    Agreement<\/h4>

    If you choose to work with me, I consider that choice \u2014 and your payment \u2014 as your agreement to this structure. Nothing hidden. Nothing binding.     Replanification + Absences<\/h4>

    Tu peux annuler ou reporter une s\u00e9ance sans p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 \u2014 m\u00eame \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute.
    Je fais confiance \u00e0 ton timing et \u00e0 ton signal. Si tu as plus de 10 minutes de retard sans m\u2019avoir pr\u00e9venu, je prendrai contact avec toi. Sans r\u00e9ponse dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable, on reportera simplement la s\u00e9ance. La s\u00e9ance ne sera pas perdue.<\/p>

    Paiement + Remboursements<\/h4>

    Mon mod\u00e8le tarifaire repose sur la solidarit\u00e9, pas sur la raret\u00e9.Tu choisis la tranche qui refl\u00e8te ta r\u00e9alit\u00e9 actuelle. Je respecte ce choix \u2014 et ta v\u00e9rit\u00e9 en \u00e9volution.<\/p>

    • Si tu as pay\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances \u00e0 l\u2019avance et que tu choisis d\u2019arr\u00eater, je te rembourserai les s\u00e9ances non utilis\u00e9es.<\/li>
    • Si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res les garder pour plus tard, aucun souci \u2014
      je les conserverai pour toi, sans date limite, sans pression.<\/li>
    • Les s\u00e9ances compl\u00e9t\u00e9es ne sont pas remboursables.<\/li>
    • Les remboursements sont effectu\u00e9s par la m\u00e9thode la plus simple et \u00e9conomique possible. Si cela diff\u00e8re du mode de paiement initial, je te consulterai d\u2019abord avant d\u2019\u00e9mettre le remboursement.<\/li><\/ul>

      Minutes Flex (Temps bonifi\u00e9)<\/h4>

      Les minutes flex sont offertes dans le cadre des forfaits multi-s\u00e9ances et de l\u2019Espace d\u2019essor authentique \u2013 vie\/travail.<\/p>

      Si tu demandes un remboursement pour des s\u00e9ances pay\u00e9es mais non utilis\u00e9es :<\/p>

      • les minutes flex non utilis\u00e9es seront simplement annul\u00e9es (sans frais).<\/li>
      • celles d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9es te restent acquises, sans d\u00e9duction.<\/li><\/ul>

        Ces minutes sont un cadeau de confiance, et j\u2019honore l\u2019\u00e9change tel qu\u2019il a eu lieu.<\/p>

        Mettre sur pause ou terminer l\u2019accompagnement<\/h4>

        Si l\u2019un\u00b7e de nous sent que l\u2019accompagnement n\u2019est plus align\u00e9, il est possible de mettre sur pause ou de cl\u00f4turer \u00e0 tout moment. Je demande simplement que chacun\u00b7e initie une conversation pour nommer ce qui \u00e9merge, et clarifier les besoins avant de refermer l\u2019espace.<\/p>

        Responsabilit\u00e9 du client\u00b7e + Cadre d\u2019exercice<\/h4>

        Cet accompagnement soutient la r\u00e9flexion, la clart\u00e9, et le pouvoir d\u2019agir personnel.
